Google Ads Growth Program

Minimum Monthly Ad Spend: $20,000 USD​

Monthly Fee: Minimum $4,000 USD, tiered pricing based on spend bands

​

For accounts spending more than $40,000/month, the fee is determined based on the lowest spend within the current spend band. The fee is calculated by multiplying the lowest spend amount by the corresponding percentage, which decreases as the spend increases. The fee remains unchanged until the account reaches the next spend band. Once the account enters a new tier, the fee will be recalculated based on the lowest spend within that tier.

Monthly spend bands and fees:

Ad Spend: $20,000 - $40,000

  • Fee: $4,000 (20% of $20,000)

Ad Spend: $40,000 - $60,000

  • Fee: $6,000 (15% of $40,000)

Ad Spend: $60,000-$80,000

  • Fee: $7,200 (12% of $60,000)

Ad Spend: $80,000 - $100,000

  • Fee: $8,000 (10% of $80,000)

Ad Spend: $100,000+

  • Customized pricing based on specific client requirements

I have experimented with various pricing structures in the past. While I was initially hesitant to tie ad spend to my monthly fee, I have found that aligning my fee with ad spend bands is the most transparent approach for my clients and accurately reflects the effort required to drive impactful results. As accounts grow, they become more complex, requiring additional time and strategic thinking on my part. As our partnership progresses, our strategy discussions naturally shift from optimizing inbound traffic to deeper conversations around ad copy positioning, customer journey, and effective upper funnel marketing.

It's important to note that I will never increase your ad spend solely to reach higher fee tiers.

 

What I will not do is increase up your ad spend solely to reach higher tiers. Instead, we review your campaign performance each month to determine if increasing your ad spend makes sense.

General Process

Initial Consultation

We begin with a thorough discussion to understand your business goals, target audience, and specific challenges you're facing. 

Comprehensive Analysis

I conduct a detailed analysis of your competitive landscape and current Google Ads account (if applicable) to assess its performance, strengths, and areas for improvement.

Strategy Development

I develop a customized Google Ads strategy and/or test schedule tailored to your specific needs, including keyword, audience, ad copy, budget, bids, and conversion tracking recommendations.

Campaign Implementation

I take care of the technical aspects of setting up/optimizing your Google Ads campaigns, including restucturing accounts, optimizing keywords and ad copy, audience adjustments.

Monitoring & Optimization

I monitor campaign performance, and make data driven recommendations to improve performance.

Reporting

We review these reports together, discussing key insights and highlighting areas of success and opportunities for further improvement.

Calls as Needed 

All management fees come with a minimum of 1 call per month. As the account grows, that can shift into bi-monthly, or weekly calls as needed. We set up cadences that best serve the growth of the business.
